Loop Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Registered Nurse to join our team. The primary role of this position is to conduct health camps within corporate settings, where you will be responsible for collecting employee vitals, conducting blood sample tests, and providing health education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive healthcare, with experience in diagnostic testing and a deep understanding of health education. What you will be doing: Health Camps and Employee we'llness : Conduct on-site health camps at corporate client locations, collecting vitals (eg, blood pressure, random blood glucose, etc), conducting blood sample tests, and providing follow-up assessments. Diagnostic Testing : Perform diagnostic tests such as blood glucose, cholesterol, lipid profile, and other preventive screening as per the health program guidelines. Ensure accurate recording of results and assist with test interpretation as needed. Health Education : Educate corporate employees on various aspects of preventive healthcare, such as the importance of regular screenings, healthy lifestyle choices, stress management, nutrition, and exercise. Tailor educational materials and sessions based on the needs of the population. Data Management and Reporting : Document and manage health data collected during health camps, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all medical information. Provide regular reports on health camp outcomes and employee health trends to the Health Program Manager. Collaboration and Support : Work closely with the Loop Health team, including physicians, we'llness coaches, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and refine employee health programs. Collaborate with the client s HR and we'llness teams to meet organizational health goals. Employee Engagement and Follow-up : Provide personalized health counseling and follow-up support for employees based on health camp assessments. Monitor progress and recommend next steps for any identified health concerns. What we are looking for: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state nursing license. Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, preventive healthcare, or corporate we'llness setting. Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests and preventive health screenings (eg, blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose testing, lipid profiles, etc). Ability to educate and engage individuals in health-related discussions, with clear and concise communication skills. Familiarity with health and we'llness programs within corporate environments is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, empathetic, and proactive in addressing employees health concerns. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with corporate clients or in a corporate we'llness program. Certification in BLS and ACLS is an added advantage.

Perform Kafka Cluster Maintenance, High Availability and Disaster Recovery Implementing wire encryption using SSL, authentication using SASL/LDAP & authorization Kafka ACLs in Zookeeper, Broker/Client, Connect cluster/connectors, Schema Registry, REST API, Producers/Consumers, Ksql Perform high-level, day-to-day administration and support functions Upgrades for the Kafka Cluster landscape comprising of Development, Test and Production/DR systems Creation of key performance metrics, measuring the utilization, performance, and overall health of the cluster. Capacity planning and implementation of new/upgraded hardware and software releases as well as for storage infrastructure. Research and recommend innovative ways to maintain the environment and where possible, automate key database level (SQL, PLSQL). BLS, ACLS & BTLS, Handling of Medical equipment - Ventilators, Syringe pumps, Cardiac Monitors, ECG machines, Crash cart & Defibrillator, Pacemakers, Nebulizers & Inhalers, Glucometers, Emergency trolleys & Wheel chairs, Portable Ventilators & Monitors ambulance stretchers(folding) etc.
