Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer Experience: 3 5 Years Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, modern UI technologies, and cloud-native architectures . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks) . Implement security and batch processing using Spring Security and Spring Batch . Work with JPA/Hibernate for ORM and manage databases across SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) . Develop and integrate messaging solutions using ActiveMQ and IBM MQ . Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift , and cloud services ( AWS, Azure, GCP ). Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps . Ensure quality with JUnit, Mockito, Selenium , and other testing frameworks. Collaborate with teams in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments to deliver high-quality solutions. Follow best practices in code quality, security, performance, and scalability. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong backend development skills in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch, JPA/Hibernate . Hands-on experience with databases : SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency with DevOps tools – Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Experience in messaging systems (ActiveMQ, IBM MQ). Good knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium). Familiarity with Git for version control and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience with microservices architecture . Knowledge of cloud-native monitoring and logging tools. Exposure to performance tuning and optimization.
