As a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer at our rapidly growing Product Engineering Centre in Bangalore, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on building next-gen, enterprise-grade SaaS products in cybersecurity and healthcare. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying both front-end and back-end components of the product. Additionally, you will mentor and guide product engineers within the team, participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle, and collaborate with motivated software developers focused on solving complex challenges. To excel in this role, you should have 7-12 years of experience as a Tech Lead with hands-on exposure to designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot. You should also have expertise in creating and managing RESTful APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and mentoring junior developers. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP, along with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, is essential. Proficiency in database management, specifically PostgreSQL, is required. It would be advantageous to have experience in the Healthcare domain and knowledge of API Gateway, Hibernate and JPA, Transaction Management, ACID Properties, Multi-threading, and context switching.
