Job Title: Acid Oil – Operator

Department: Acid Oil Plant
Location: Bachau, Gujarat
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc (Chemical)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience in Acid Oil / Fatty Acid Plant preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Shift Basis

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the acid oil plant and maintain required process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.).
• Monitor feedstock input, process conditions, and final output quality during operation.
• Record all batch and process data accurately in shift logs and system registers.
• Coordinate with the shift in-charge and other departments for smooth plant operation.
• Assist in cleaning, line changeovers, and equipment readiness before each batch.
• Ensure safe handling of raw materials, acids, and chemicals as per safety guidelines.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and environmental procedures during all activities.
• Report any equipment malfunction or process deviation to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards in the operating area.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of chemical process operations.
• Familiarity with plant instruments and control valves.
• Ability to read gauges, meters, and maintain process records.
• Awareness of plant safety and chemical handling procedures.
