Company Achyut Labs Location Hybrid - Ahmedabad, India Target Markets Australia | Canada | India Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development & Sales Lead to spearhead revenue growth across our key markets in Australia, Canada, and India. This is a leadership role requiring someone who can independently drive sales initiatives, develop comprehensive marketing strategies, and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven ability to execute sales strategies, build high-value client relationships, and lead business development efforts across multiple geographies. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Leadership Lead business development initiatives across Australia, Canada, and India markets Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities with high-value prospects Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for target regions Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across all three markets Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level stakeholders Sales Strategy & Execution Design and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets Own the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting to contract closure Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns across multiple time zones Craft compelling, personalized sales emails and multi-touch outreach campaigns Deliver persuasive product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospects Adapt sales approaches based on cultural and regional market dynamics Marketing Planning & Execution Lead marketing planning initiatives aligned with sales objectives Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or market segments Create impactful sales collateral, case studies, proposals, and presentation materials Contribute to content strategy for various marketing channels (LinkedIn, email, webinars) Track campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data insights Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and positioning Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Management Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client pain points and requirements Architect tailored solutions that address specific client business challenges Prepare comprehensive proposals, commercial quotations, and contract documents Coordinate with technical and product teams for pre-sales demonstrations and POCs Ensure seamless handoff to execution teams with complete documentation Maintain strategic post-sales relationships to drive customer success and identify expansion opportunities Lead Management & Pipeline Development Manage and qualify all inbound and outbound leads through CRM systems Implement systematic lead scoring and prioritization frameworks Execute persistent, multi-channel follow-up strategies with prospects Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, activities, and pipeline movements Generate accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports Optimize lead conversion rates through continuous process improvement Deal Closure & Team Coordination Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals that meet profitability standards Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements Conduct thorough handoff sessions to execution teams ensuring clear client expectations Serve as escalation point for critical sales-related issues Mentor junior team members on sales best practices (if applicable) Required Qualifications: Experience 5-8 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or related leadership roles Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas Experience selling to international markets, particularly Australia and/or Canada Hands-on experience managing full sales cycles for complex B2B solutions Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Skills & Competencies Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English Negotiation Mastery: Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close complex deals Multi-Market Expertise: Understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in Australia, Canada, and India Prospecting Skills: Expert-level cold calling and email outreach capabilities Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to sales with strong analytical skills Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Time Zone Flexibility: Comfortable working across multiple time zones as needed Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales automation tools Personal Attributes Hunter mentality with relentless drive to close deals Results-oriented with competitive and achievement-focused mindset High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments Strong leadership presence with ability to influence stakeholders High integrity, professionalism, and business ethics Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership mindset Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field;
