Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Pondicherry /Chennai Department: Business Development / Marketing Reports To: Director / Principal / Managing Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships for our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, corporates, and other stakeholders, and enhancing student admissions and institutional outreach. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments and market presence. Identify and establish partnerships with schools, coaching centers, educational consultants, and corporates. Promote institutions programs through seminars, webinars, workshops, and events. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and student needs. Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team. Prepare proposals and presentations for potential partners and clients. Build a strong network within the education ecosystem including government bodies, NGOs, and community groups. Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, prospects, and conversions. Monitor performance metrics and report on business development activities to leadership. Represent the institution at educational fairs, expos, and networking events. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Skills: Experience working with educational institutions, edtech platforms, or student recruitment agencies. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
