Key Accountability:- Identifying potential clients (Building Material Companies) and making compelling concept presentations to them. Understanding the clients requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy for them Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures. Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers, developers, and business heads of different brands Developing rapport with architects & interior designers for more business Negotiating and closing the deals with Building Materials brands from different product categories like furniture, marble, lighting, bath, tiles, home automation, etc. Attending various trade fairs like ID, Acetech, Zak, Foid, Idac, Roofindia and more the industry. Representing the company at Building Materials Exhibitions Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline, closures, forecast etc.
