You will be responsible for leading Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution. Your role involves identifying and addressing project problems, recommending resolutions, and ensuring successful project completion. You will facilitate project tasks with various functional organizations to align with project objectives. Supporting the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets will be part of your responsibilities. Tracking progress, identifying obstacles, and resolving them to minimize disruptions to project schedules are crucial to ensuring smooth project operations. Additionally, you will assist in preparing status and technical content for CIPT and management. Analyzing gathered data and developing solutions to optimize performance and increase work efficiency is an essential aspect of your role. You will collaborate closely with IPT members and authorities on hardware field investigations to determine root causes and recommend product improvements. Maintaining and presenting plans and progress reports related to the business aspects of projects will be necessary to track progress and ensure targets are met. You will also support the execution of risk assessments and mitigation plans, attend group meetings and teleconferences, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives using ACE tools and supporting AS9100 efforts. Depending on business needs, you may be required to support other duties/functions within the company. Your role also involves supporting project management activities to contribute to the overall success of the projects.,
