We are looking for a motivated Customer Support & Consultation Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities Call leads and prospective customers to assist them with booking consultations. Support existing customers by handling queries and providing guidance. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships. Follow up with customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure bookings. Record and update all interactions in our CRM system. Work closely with the team to achieve targets and improve conversions. Requirements Female candidate with at least 1 year of experience in an International BPO or Contact Center . Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written). Customer Service Skills / Qualities: Patience and empathy while assisting customers. Active listening and effective problem-solving. Professional and polite communication. Sales Skills / Qualities: Persuasive and confident communication. Ability to handle objections and guide customers. Goal-oriented with a focus on closing bookings. Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer applications. Positive, motivated, and team-oriented. What We Offer 5-day working week (Saturday & Sunday off). Remote work flexibility.
