Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React & Deno/Base44) About Clarity: Clarity is an innovative web application designed to empower YouTube creators with AI-driven insights and tools to grow their channels. We leverage cutting-edge AI for content strategy, analytics, and monetization, helping creators stop guessing and start growing. Our platform is built on Base44, a modern, serverless framework that handles much of the infrastructure, allowing us to focus on delivering core product value. The Role: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our small, agile team. You will play a crucial role in building new features, improving existing functionalities, and optimizing the performance of the Clarity web application. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern technologies and directly impact the success of YouTube creators. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Shadcn/ui, and Tailwind CSS. Implement backend logic and API integrations using Deno-based serverless functions within the Base44 environment. Interact with our structured data models (entities defined by JSON Schema) to store and retrieve application data efficiently. Integrate with various third-party APIs, including but not limited to YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API, Stripe, and Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code across the entire stack. Collaborate closely with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs. Contribute to discussions on architecture, technology choices, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle) and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Styling: Solid experience with Tailwind CSS for rapid and consistent UI development. Familiarity with component libraries like Shadcn/ui. Backend Development: Experience with server-side JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably Deno, or strong transferable skills from Node.js development. API Integration: Proven ability to integrate with complex third-party APIs (RESTful, OAuth flows). Experience with YouTube API, Stripe API, and/or LLM APIs is a significant plus. Data & Database: Understanding of JSON Schema for data modeling. Experience working with SDKs or ORMs for data manipulation. Cloud/Serverless Concepts: Familiarity with serverless architectures and the benefits of managed platforms. Problem-Solving: Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Version Control: Proficient with Git. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. "Nice to Have" Skills: Direct experience with the Deno runtime environment. Prior experience building applications on the Base44 platform. Understanding of SEO principles and OpenGraph meta tags.
