Job Summary We are seeking a Manager Production & Database with 45 years of hands-on experience in financial research production and database management. The role involves managing equity and derivatives research output, maintaining sector databases, supporting analysts with valuation models, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of client-facing reports. Responsibilities Maintaining financial database for a total stock under coverage. Formatting and releasing Equity research report and Derivative reports. Preparing presentations for Seniors and during Key company events. Working closely with seniors in preparing strategy reports. Executing all bespoke client requests for financial data related queries. Functioning as the In-house expert on Bloomberg, Ace Equity and Ace MFSoftware. Extracting relevant data like EPS, Book value, No. of shares, EV, EBITDA, Sales, ROE, etc from Bloomberg for comparative valuation analysis and calculating comparative valuation ratios (P/E. EV/EBITDA, P/BV, P/Sales, EV/Sales, EBITDA margin, EPS growth, Sales Growth) for the sectorial analyst. Providing updated sheets and quarterly result data for Sectorialanalysts. Skills Financial & Analytical Expertise: Strong command of valuation metrics, ratio analysis, financial modelling, and sector analysis. Data & Research Production: Proven ability to manage databases, streamline reporting, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. Technical Tools: Proficiency in Bloomberg, Ace Equity, Ace MF, MS Excel (advanced), and data extraction/automation techniques. Communication & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with analysts and seniors, ensuring accurate and timely outputs; strong presentation and reporting skills. Client Focus & Integrity: Responsive to client queries with attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Graduate in Finance/Economics/Commerce; MBA / CFA / CA preferred.
