You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across target markets. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and regional markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients and partners. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Track and report business development activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management , preferably in Singapore or APAC markets. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
