Job Description 1. Operate CNC machines(VMC/ HMC), ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and efficiency. 2. Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations. 3. Set up and prepare CNC machines for 2D and 3D operations based on job requirements. 4. Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.). 5. Conduct quality checks using measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM) to ensure parts meet strict tolerances 6. Identify and resolve programming and machine issues, ensuring minimal downtime. 7. Suggest and implement improvements to machining processes to enhance productivity, reduce scrap, and ensure safety. 8. Maintain accurate records of machine settings, programs, and production data. 9. Work closely with engineers, machinists, and production teams to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output. Skills Required: Proficient with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, etc.). Strong understanding of 2D & 3D CNC operations and machining techniques. Experience with Milling operations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Role & responsibilities 1 Horizontal machine material & work planning with effective utilisation of Manpower. 2 Machine function checking based on the customer requirements such as Spindle, ATC, Index Table, Coolant function checking etc., 3 Editing the fixture logic based on the customer requirement & troubleshooting the issues related to that. 4 Create & release drawings for special name plates & tags based on requirements. 5 Collaboration with cross functional team such as Design, Methods Engg , Purchase & Sub Assemblies for customised requirements 6 Generating licence for machine softwares like machine connect, Siemens additional features. 7 Troubleshooting , rectifying & supporting mechanical team during machine breakdowns. 8 Partcipate & Implementation of Kaizens/ 5s & other CIP's. 9 Update the material used in the respective machines in the Machine history file. 10 Complete the internal quality checklist for every machines & taking the machine behaviour backup by means of Servo guides. 11 Train the technicians by knowledge sharing related to Assembly process & Machine hardwares. 12 Continously track conversions , amendments & work on the same to dispatch the machines on time. 13 Servo tuning for all machines having Siemens controllers 14 Taking backups of all the machine data , ensure all the dispatch materials with the machines before sending to the customers.
