Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include installing, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines, as well as providing training and support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and equipment efficiency. Qualifications Field Service and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support Experience in performing Preventive Maintenance Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in lectrical and electronic engineering Experience in the CNC technology industry is a plus
