Our team is driven by trust, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Role Overview As a Telecaller (Loan Sales), you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role is to connect with potential clients, explain loan products, qualify leads, and pass them to Relationship Managers for closure. You will also handle follow-ups on documentation and help maintain client engagement throughout the loan journey. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound loan inquiries. (majorly Inbound calls) Explain loan products (Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans) in a clear and simple manner. Collect and record preliminary details (income, requirement, eligibility) from customers. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Relationship Managers. Follow up on pending documentation and maintain strong client communication. Update lead status and maintain records in CRM/Excel. Support the team in achieving monthly loan disbursal targets. Requirements Minimum 1.5+ years of telecalling experience in Banking/DSA/NBFC or financial services. Prior exposure to loan products and documentation processes is mandatory. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred for Bangalore market). High call-handling capacity with good follow-up discipline. Target-driven with a positive attitude and team player mindset. Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
