Head of Sales NBFC Reporting to: Chief Business Officer / MD Objective: To lead the national sales strategy, drive distribution growth, and scale loan disbursements while maintaining portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute growth plans for retail and SME lending products (Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans, etc.). Lead zonal/regional sales teams and channel partner networks (DSAs, DSTs, connectors). Identify and onboard new partners including corporate DSAs and builders. Drive sales analytics, productivity KPIs, and branch-wise performance metrics. Collaborate with Credit, Product, and Collections to ensure high-quality sourcing. Implement sales governance, incentive structures, and compliance monitoring. Build strategic alliances to support new customer acquisition and expansion. Qualifications: 12+ years of sales experience in an NBFC, HFC, or bank (secured/unsecured lending). Proven track record in achieving volume and profitability targets. Strong leadership, relationship-building, and execution capabilities. MBA (Sales/Marketing/Finance) preferred.
