Accounts Trainee

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our finance team at Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd. This role provides hands-on experience in core accounting practices, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling reconciliations, billing, and supporting day-to-day financial operations. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders (POs), PSDs, and customer invoices accurately.
• Generate and manage E-way bills in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Perform finance-related administrative tasks as required.
• Assist the finance team in preparing financial reports and other related tasks.
• Perform assigned accounting tasks under the guidance of the Accounts Assistant and ensure accountability.
• Check and update day-to-day operations or tasks in the Toillion software.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience: Internship or prior experience in accounting is an advantage (not mandatory).

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Freshers are welcome)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (General) | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (For Female Employees)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
