Academic Responsibilities

• Teach accounting principles

  in alignment with the CBSE/State board curriculum for Grade 1112 and University syllabus for B.Com.
• Design and deliver lectures on topics such as journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, final accounts, partnership accounts, company accounts, and cost accounting.

• Ensure conceptual clarity

  using real-life examples, case studies, and practical application.
• Prepare students for

  board exams, internal assessments, and university-level evaluations

  through mock tests and revision strategies.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Create and update

  lesson plans, presentations, notes, and practice exercises

  tailored to each academic level.
• Design

  assignments, projects, and case-based tasks

  to foster analytical thinking and application of accounting standards.
• Keep the curriculum

  aligned with recent industry practices

  , taxation updates, and relevant financial reforms.

Student Engagement & Evaluation

• Conduct

  interactive sessions, quizzes, and doubt-solving classes

  to ensure participation.
• Monitor academic progress through

Professional & Administrative Duties

• Maintain
