Accounts & Tax Assistant

You have been mandated to recruit an Accounts & Tax Assistant for a 2-3 months contract role at a CA firm based in Gurgaon. As the chosen candidate, your primary responsibilities will include assisting with Income Tax Return (ITR) filings, basic accounting tasks, and general compliance-related duties. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit Income Tax Returns (ITR) for both individuals and businesses. - Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions. - Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data. - Assist in managing tax documents and records. - Collaborate with CA/consultants for audit or compliance needs. Qualifications & Skills: - Possess a B.Com degree or its equivalent. - Mandatory experience in ITR filings (preferably 1-2 years). - Basic proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Excel, or similar platforms. - Familiarity with tax portals and online filing systems. - Attention to detail and effective communication skills. - This role is contractual for a duration of 2 to 3 months. - Ideal for individuals seeking short-term employment with practical exposure in taxation and accounts.
