Job Title:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies on pending or denied medical claims.
Review and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
Understand and work on Physician Billing (Professional Billing) processes.
Update claim status and document actions taken in billing software.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets as per RCM standards.
Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to ensure claim resolution.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and AR Calling process.
Hands-on experience in
EPIC, Athena, ECW, or NextGen
software preferred.
Good understanding of
EOBs, Denials, CPT, ICD-10 codes
, and payer guidelines.
Excellent English communication skills (Voice Process).
Willingness to work in the
Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
.

Additional Information:

No cab facility for male employees.
Cab provided for female employees within a 25 km radius.
