Greetings from Mactomed Solutions!! Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and motivated AR Callers to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team. The ideal candiate will handle insurance follow-ups on outstanding claims, ensure timely resolution of denials, and maintain accurate documentation to support clean collections. Key responsibilities: Call Insurance Companies (US-based) to follow up on pending or denied medical claims. Analyze Claim denials and take appropriate action to resolve them. Identify, document, and reoprt trends in denials or payment delays Updated Claim Status in billing software accurately Maintain productivity and quality standards set by the company Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt claim resolution. Stay informed about payer policies, industry updates, and billing requirements. Requirements: No Experience or Maximum of 1 year experince in AR Calling within a US healthcare process. Strong understanding of RCM workflow, payment posting and denial management. Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written) Ability to work in NIGHT SHIFTS (US time zones) Proficiency with billing tools and EMR systems in an advantage.
