Accounts Payable Specialist Associate

You will be part of a leading logistics company revolutionizing deliveries across the UK for high-street and online brands. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards and efficiency in depot operations, parcel handling, and route coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Accurately process supplier invoices on a timely basis using SAP and invoice scanning. - Support monthly reconciliation of the purchasing balance sheet and Trade Creditors, including post month-end journal entries. - Manage Rates/Utilities/Direct debits as part of the purchase ledger processing. - Support corporate credit card administration and finance checking of selected Expense Claims. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer and supplier needs are exceeded. - Engage with suppliers, buying departments, and other contacts across the business daily. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in using Excel for supplier summaries, KPIs, and month-end reporting with large files, pivot tables, and formulas. - Working towards an accounting qualification or having a strong knowledge of debit and credit postings. - Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, SAP Concur, Fiscal Technologies software, or OCR invoice processing is a plus.
