Accounts Payable Manager

You will be responsible for managing finance and accounting functions in a proactive manner. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, facilitating strategic decision-making through data analysis, and establishing financial discipline within the organization. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience and hold a qualification such as B.Com, BFA, or BBA. A desired qualification of M.Com would be advantageous. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure operational liquidity, overseeing statutory filings for various compliances such as PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, ROC, and income tax, as well as identifying cost-saving opportunities and proposing strategic improvements to the leadership team. You should possess skills in using Tally, be familiar with ERP systems, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles, Indian taxation, and statutory norms. Additionally, you will be expected to support cross-functional teams by providing necessary information, preparing and presenting monthly MIS reports and dashboards, maintaining confidentiality of financial data, ensuring timely closure of audits, and effectively managing and mentoring junior team members. If you have a background in the Manufacturing, Consumer durables, Solar, or Home appliances industry, it would be considered a plus. Your ability to effectively manage the financial aspects of the business and collaborate with different teams will be crucial for success in this role.,
