Process and monitor incoming invoices and outgoing payments.
Verify invoice accuracy against purchase orders or contracts.
Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time to avoid late fees.
Liaise with vendors to resolve payment issues or disputes.
Code invoices according to the company's chart of accounts.
Accounts Receivable (Incoming Payments):
Process and monitor incoming payments from customers.
Ensure timely collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
Issue invoices and post cash to the accounts receivable ledger.
Implement collection strategies and resolve customer payment issues.
Maintain customer accounts and handle payment discrepancies.
General Accounting & Reporting:
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports (e.g., aging reports).
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
