Your Role.

Invoice Processing:
Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Vendor Management:
Maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
Payment Processing:
Prepare and process electronic transfers, checks, and payments, ensuring timely disbursement.
Reconciliation:
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing activities.
Expense Reports:
Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
Assist in preparing accounts payable reports and analyses as required by management.
Audit Support:
Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.

Your profile.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
24 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
