Job Description

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts professional with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should be detail-oriented, well-versed in Indian accounting standards, and capable of handling end-to-end finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation

• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

• Bank reconciliation, cash flow, and fund management

• Compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax (returns, challans, reconciliations)

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits & tax audits

• Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws & company policies

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

• Coordination with auditors, banks, consultants, and vendors

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Indian Taxation

• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP / SAP / Zoho Books

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS)

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances

• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
