Accounts Officer

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Kaloor, near JLN Stadium
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualification: Finance Degree (above 1 year of experience preferred)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various accounting functions, including maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and providing administrative support to the accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, payments, and credits.
• Assist in preparing key financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as required.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Commerce .
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, as well as MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST regulations and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numerical skills.
