Role Overview:

Accounts Manager International

US GAAP

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee accurate accounting, monthly financial book closures, and finalization of financial statements.
  
• Manage AP, AR, GST reconciliations, and regulatory tax returns in compliance with Indian standards.
  
• Ensure proper intercompany and related-party reconciliations across global entities.

• Work extensively on Tally for accounting, reporting, and reconciliation purposes.
  
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and exposure to US GAAP.
  

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Partner with the CFO in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  
• Consolidate international financial reports and align them with corporate requirements.
  
• Develop financial strategies to support business growth across multiple geographies.
  

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Lead and mentor a

  finance team of at least 9 members

  , driving efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
• Implement process automation and continuous improvements in accounting and reporting.
  
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance operations.
  

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Mandatory:

  CA Inter or higher / CMA Qualified / MBA (Finance)

  .
• 7-12 years of

  post-articleship experience

  in

  Finance & Accounts

  with proven team management (minimum team size:

  9 members

  ).

• Extensive hands-on experience in Tally

  (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of

  Ind AS

  and ability to finalize financial statements.
• Exposure to

  US GAAP

  and

  international finance reporting

  .
• Experience in managing

  global finance operations

  .
• Excellent

  English communication skills

  (written and verbal) mandatory.
  
• Strong

  analytical, communication, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  .

• Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
