Job Overview:
The Accounts Incharge is responsible for overseeing the overall financial operations of the 2 brands, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all financial activities. This role supervises day-to-day accounting functions, monitors financial performance, manages reporting, and ensures adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions, statements, and reports.
Monitor and control cash flow to maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense claim verifications.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
Liaise with auditors during annual audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls and recommend improvements when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
