Accounts Head(Hospital)

As an Accounts Head at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre, you will be responsible for performing accounting functions such as account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling sales & purchase accounting, expenditure & provisions, trial balance, department-wise accounting, closing stock, and capital expenditure - Providing direction and assistance to other organizational units on accounting and budgeting policies, procedures, and efficient control of financial resources - Analyzing and preparing financial statements, independently finalizing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards, procedural standards, and relevant statutes - Managing GST returns & TDS Return - Coordinating, implementing, and following up on Accounting SOP audits for all areas of the property - Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems and acting as the first point of contact for external auditors - Handling assessment and tax audits, responding to queries from tax authorities, and representing the company in discussions with tax departments Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years of audit experience - Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to showcase your accounting skills and contribute to a dynamic team, this role at Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre might be the perfect fit for you.
