About the Role

We are a growing company seeking a motivated B.Com graduate to join our finance team as an Accounts & Finance Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers eager to start their career in accounting, finance, and compliance.

You will work under the direct supervision and training of a Chartered Accountant (CA), gaining hands-on exposure to Indian statutory compliances, finance operations, reconciliations, and accounting systems. Over time, you will also gain exposure to international finance by working on our client’s Dubai entity using Zoho Books.

This role is designed to provide mentorship, structured learning, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Recording day-to-day transactions in Zoho Books.
• Bank reconciliations, vendor and client ledger management.
• Invoice preparation, payment tracking, and maintaining records.

Compliance Support (under CA supervision)

• Assisting with TDS, GST, EPF, and other statutory filings.
• Supporting MCA compliance requirements and maintaining a compliance calendar.
• Preparing data and documentation for audits.

Finance Support

• Assisting in Profit & Loss compilation and reconciliations.
• Preparing MIS reports and financial trackers for management review.
• Coordinating with vendors/clients for collections and payments.

Learning & Growth

• Hands-on training in compliances, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Gradual exposure to UAE VAT and Dubai finance operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: B.Com (fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
• Strong foundation in accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, reconciliations, data handling).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and integrity.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on candidate profile).

This is the in-hand salary with no deductions.
