Accounts Executive

As a Financial Officer, your role involves developing and maintaining all financial documents at Head Office. You will assist and collaborate with the District accountant to ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping. Your responsibilities also include supervising and training the District accountant to prepare monthly MIS and fund requests, as well as consolidating monthly MIS reports from all District offices. It is essential for you to ensure TDS compliances at both district and regional offices. Key Responsibilities: - Enter financial information and maintain all financial records for programs and the organization - Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, develop financial reports, and provide budget expenditure recommendations to the Supervisor - Monitor expenditures to ensure appropriate utilization of program funds by the end of the fiscal year - Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets, along with monthly and quarterly financial reports - Conduct monthly audits of district books and provide support to district accountants - Liaise with district accountants to prepare and collate data/reports as required by the Head Office Qualifications Required: - Hold a B.Com Accounting degree, MBA in Finance/Accounts, or CA Inter - Possess 4-6 years of experience in handling accounts functions - Proficient in computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Advanced Excel) - Strong report writing skills - Working knowledge of Tally - Experience in handling online filings, GST returns, TDS, ITR, etc. The company offers full-time employment on a contractual/temporary basis for a duration of 12 months. Additionally, the role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of total experience, certification in MS Excel, and a willingness to travel up to 100%. The work location is in person.,
