Job Description

Note: Only Male Candidate

Job Purpose:
To manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
Process invoices, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain related records.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Support payroll processing by providing necessary accounting data.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
Liaise with vendors, customers, and other departments for financial matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proven work experience (1–3 years) as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
Strong MS Excel skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
