Accounts Executive

As an Accounts Executive at our organization in Kaithal, your role will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing ledger management, cash handling, and financial transaction reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: - Enter financial transaction data into accounting software to maintain accurate records. - Reconcile customer accounts, vendor accounts, and the general ledger periodically. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent). - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role with hands-on experience. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally. - Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. - Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in financial record-keeping.
