Job Summary:-
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment follow-up.
* Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash statements.
* Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
* Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other local tax regulations.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, and budgets.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
* Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
Qualifications & Skills:-
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience:- 1–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may be considered).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
