Job Description

As an Accounts Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in financial reporting, and supporting internal and external audit processes. Your role will require strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Record daily financial transactions including sales, quotations, purchases, and expenses. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. - Support internal and external audit processes. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS), and company policies. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience in finance or accounting is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting). - Familiarity with accounting software such as Vyapar, Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar. - Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and accounting principles. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a fast-paced, creative team. The company is based in Mavelikara, Kerala and the work location is in person. This is a full-time, permanent position. English language proficiency is required for this role.
