Job Description

You will be joining Kube Interiors as an Accounts Executive in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. As part of our operational team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial management to support our business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and update accounting records in MS Excel. - Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts. - Generate financial summaries, reports, and MIS statements using MS Excel. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. - Collaborate with the internal team and external auditors. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. - Proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas). - Strong understanding of accounting principles. - Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience. - Good communication and organizational skills. **Soft Skills:** - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective time management and meeting deadlines. - Problem-solving mindset. - Proactive team player. You will be expected to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, in a creative and dynamic environment at Kube Interiors.
