Job Description

Location:

Senior Executive Accounts

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Finalization of Accounts and preparation of financial statements.
Manage all compliance activities related to TDS and GST, including timely payment of statutory dues.
Responsible for filing TDS & GST returns accurately within deadlines.
Preparation of MIS reports for management review.
Conduct Bank Reconciliation and assist in Tax Audit procedures.
Ensure ROC compliance and maintain up-to-date statutory records.
Post and process accounting entries to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accuracy in ledgers.
Support the finance team in audit processes and financial analysis.
Handle other accounting assignments as required and contribute to team goals.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Finalization, Tax Audit, GST, and TDS.
Good understanding of ROC Compliances and Financial Reporting.
Excellent time management and reporting skills.
Positive learning attitude and flexibility during audit schedules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
