Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely payments.
  • Process vendor bills, expense claims, and salary-related entries.
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journals.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
  • Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
