About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, full time Accounts Executive with strong expertise in accounting operations and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally, with the ability to manage daily accounting functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and book entries
  
• Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure all compliance requirements are met
  
• Perform ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and journal entries
  
• Manage invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
  
• Utilize Zoho Books and Tally for all accounting activities
  
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
  
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and statutory regulations
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field
  
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  
• Strong knowledge of Accounts and TDS compliance
  
• Practical experience with Zoho Books and Tally
  
• Strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills
  
• Good communication and organizational abilities
