Job Opening: Accounts Executive at SAR APPARELS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
About Us: SAR APPARELS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a reputable garments manufacturing company based on Madhyamgram Badu Road. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team.
Position: Accountant
Location: Madhyamgram Badu Road, Kolkata
Salary: INR 10,000 – 20,000 per month
Additional Benefits: 18 paid leave days per year, PF, ESI/Mediclaim and other welfare benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Bills and Invoice Entry, Calculation Due Dates, Make Payment List and payment after approval.
- Debtors receivables tracking, Communication with Debtors for the payment in due dates, Payment follow ups, Receipt entries, Quarterly Debtors Reconciliation.
- Creditors and party ledger reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of GST, Data preparation of GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR9, GSTR9C, ITC04.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS section, description, limit, calculation and payment. Knowledge of TDS and Income Tax Return.
- Knowledge of P.F., ESI and P.Tax calculation and entry.
- Job Worker payment calculation, Making Job Worker payment.
- Preparation of weekly MIS report.
- Monthly stock audit, Preparation of stock audit report.
- Monthly Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet preparation.
- Handle of petty cash and petty cash expenses.
- All other works as per requirement.
Requirements:
1. Location: Candidates must be located near the Madhyamgram area.
2. Education: Minimum qualification – B. Com (Hons.) Graduate.
3. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in core Accounts department, preferably in a garments manufacturing setting.
4. Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong data analytic ability.
- In-depth knowledge of Computer skills, especially Advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP Packages, Email Writing.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and dealing with various government departments.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
