Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Senior Accountant with expertise in Tally to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing various financial tasks including invoicing, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with tax preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and be proficient in Tally and MS Excel. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits accurately and timely using Tally.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information in Tally.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with tax computations and filing using Tally.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in Tally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience of 2-4 years as an Accountant or similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is a must.
• Honesty, sincerity and integrity are must.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.

Persons with lesser experience shall be considered for suitable position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
