Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in handling the overall financial health of the manufacturing unit at Arcedges Building India LLP
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliation.
· Maintain accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
· Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure timely collection of payments.
· Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and petty cash handling.
· Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Monitor inventory accounting, costing, and stock reconciliations in coordination with the stores/production team.
· Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are filed on time.
· Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
· Support senior management with MIS reports and financial analysis.
Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and financial records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
