Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Checking and verifying invoices with accuracy
Maintaining related documentation and approvals
Coordinating with vendors and branch offices
Negotiating rates and payment terms to optimise company expenses
Making timely and accurate bank payments to vendors and service providers.
Maintaining records of transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
Checking and reconciling ledgers to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
Ensuring proper calculation and deduction of GST and TDS.

Preferred the profile

Proficient in MS Office suite
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
High typing speed
Effective email communication
Competent in using the internet for research and other tasks
Experience with Tally Software is an advantage
Ability to learn and use custom software as required

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge of accounting practices and GST regulations.
Knowledge of E-invoicing and E-way bills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
