Job Description

Requirement for Accounts cum Admin Executive

Accounts:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
Regular fee followup with parents and ensure to close in limited TAT
Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS and other statutory requirements..

Administration:

Manage office operations including stationery, asset records, and vendor management.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Support HR in recruitment process, onboarding, and maintaining employee files.
Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounts and administration (preferred).
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar) and MS Office.
Understanding of statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 02/09/2025
