Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Stone link Avenue, RA Puram, Chennai Experience: 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to- day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/ Zoho Books) Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field 13 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred: Experience in a similar industry or environment
