Accounts Executive (6M-2Yrs Experience Only)

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 6M-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proficiency in Tally and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain and update Tally records for financial transactions.
• Prepare and verify invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
• Coordinate with auditors for financial audits.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance regulations.
• Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
