Job Description

Role Overview: As a Financial Assistant, your main responsibility will be to maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. You will also be preparing financial statements and reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, reconciling bank statements, and managing petty cash. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation, assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars, organize company events and meetings, and maintain office supplies inventory.
