Job Description

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and reduce overdue accounts.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve disputes and payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and prepare regular reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales and finance, to resolve client concerns.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all payments are properly accounted for in the system.
  • Analyze collection trends and suggest process improvements.
  • Stay updated with company policies, payment terms, and credit limits.|
