Job Description

Accounts & Billing (Site-Based):

Maintain day-to-day site accounts and petty cash.
Prepare, verify, and process site-related bills (vendor, supplier, contractor).
Reconcile site-level transactions with the head office.
Maintain project expense records and ensure timely billing updates.
Ensure all documentation (invoices, vouchers, GRNs) are properly filed and digitized.
Assist in preparing reports for management review (daily, weekly, and monthly summaries).

Store & Inventory Management:

Maintain stock registers (manual and/or digital).
Track materials receipt and issue, maintain GRN (Goods Received Note).
Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
Coordinate with vendors for material dispatch and delivery.
Maintain minimum stock level alerts for critical materials.

Maintenance Support (Site Infrastructure):

Assist in coordinating minor maintenance tasks at the site (lights, equipment, plumbing, etc.).
Log maintenance issues and follow up on resolution with vendors/technicians.
Maintain AMC and service logbooks where applicable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
